Choose from a varied and action packed programme of events that include highland games, literary, food and music festivals, sporting competitions, agricultural shows and theatre designed to entertain and inspire!

Those with an interest in music can enjoy Scotland's largest music festival T in the Park, a full programme of acoustic sessions and live gigs and Perthshire's very own Dreich End Festival.

Regular season highlights include Perth Festival of the Arts, the Scottish Game Fair, Perth Show, Bowmore Blair Castle International Horse Trials and Country Fair and the Glenfiddich Piping and Fiddling Championships. These all sit alongside a fantastic programme of events at Perth and Pitlochry Theatres and regular meetings at Perth Racecourse.

Other notable events taking place this year include Perthshire Archaeology Week, the Colin McRae Forest Stages GHI Rally and the return of the Scottish Paddlesports Festival and Exhibition.

Towards the end of the year also look out for Scotland's premier festival of Gaelic language, arts and culture, The Royal National Mod which will be held in Perth for the first time in over 20 years.
